Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
– Unused and in the same condition as received
– In the original packaging
– Returned within 30 days of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
– Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
– Intimate or sanitary goods
– Hazardous materials
– Flammable liquids or gases
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Certain health and personal care items
– Electronic parts (including but not limited to: wiring, sensors, computers, and other electrical components)
– Nissan Motorsports parts (including but not limited to: racing-specific components, performance upgrades, and other competition-oriented parts)
– Special order products
Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@skylinegtrparts.com. with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within [timeframe] and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Storage Policy
We offer a 90-day free storage policy for all orders. After the 90-day period, a daily storage fee of $10 will be applied. Please ensure you make arrangements to collect your order within the 90-day period to avoid incurring additional fees.
